DIY Cupcake Toppers

I created these for my BFF's baby's baptism. Super Easy to make!!

I entered the text on a simple word document and printed it on white card stock.
I used paper punches (pictured below) to cut different shapes of craft and blue/white polka dot paper.
I then used padded glue dots to layer the shapes.
I then glued the lollipop sticks and voila!

Since I had used craft paper, I added the jute twine accent by tying a small knot.

$AVINGS TIP: I try to stock up on card stock whenever I see the blocks on sale at Michael's or even stores such as Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc... This way I always have an inventory for last minute projects. Michael's also has a weekly 40% off coupon that you can download on your cell phone by downloading their app. They also have periodic 50% off coupons. I am also a big fan of stores like the ones mentioned above to buy paper punches, card stock paper blocks and Martha Stewart brand craft items.
